has special interest in
various approaches to providing healing support for the
whole person. She obtained her M.S. Degree in Nursing from
the University of Utah, and is board certified in the
specialties of Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing and Family
Nurse Practitioner. Beginning October 2000 she began a
collaborative practice with Medical Director Dr. N. Lee
Smith to provide comprehensive follow-up care for patients
with a wide variety of medical problems. He past work
experience includes Hospice Nursing (1991-1993) and
experience in the Pain Clinic at LDS Hospital where she was
a Staff nurse/Clinician (1988-1990). In addition to
clinical work, Cathy has also facilitated group meetings
and educational presentations for patients, loved ones, and
health care professionals in metropolitan Salt Lake City.
