Proposed Sign Regulations& Ordinance
The Midvale City
Council accepted the proposed
Sign Ordinance on Tuesday, October 28, 2003.
Thank you to the
Business & City Communication Committee
and all those who supported the proposed changes. It would not have been
possible without your concern and support.
These are the
changes suggested by the Chamber Business &
City Communication Committee:

Expand the location of
temporary banner signs to include lawn banners on the property and on
associated fences or walls.
-
Revise the time limit on
balloon signs to be 14 consecutive days per calendar quarter, up to 4
times per year.

Expand the location of
A-frame signs to include landscaped areas on the property.
